Summary
Ardent Principles is hiring an IT Program Manager to work full-time onsite in Chantilly, VA, leading multi-disciplinary Agile teams through the Sponsor's Project Management Framework — building sprint plans, managing Jira backlogs, weekly reporting, risk/mitigation management, and guiding projects through ICD-503 accreditation to ATO. Requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

On the job:
- Experience leading an Agile development team.
- Experience working with senior level customers for status updates and prioritization.
- Knowledge and experience with using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
- Experience putting together sprint plans.
- Experience putting together weekly reports.
- Ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements with the ability to recommend or take required corrective actions; to perform risk identification and management; and to communicate effectively with the customer, stakeholder, and project team.
- Communication skills and ability to articulate complex resource and technical issues to a range of audiences.
- Knowledge and experience with leading and managing enterprise level projects that have a multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project team from start to end using the Sponsor’s Project Management Framework (PMF) and Agile Project Management methodology.
- Knowledge and experience with managing multiple concurrent projects, short deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Knowledge and experience identifying programmatic challenges, risks, and constraints coupled with a strong ability to convey well-thought mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge and experience managing a project through the accreditation process using ICD-503 and receive ATO (Authority to Operate).
- the Sponsor’s Lean Agile methodology.
- Managing top line charts, sprint burn-up charts and sprint goals.
- Working with Sponsor data repositories, Segmentation service, SecOps Pipeline, and Sponsor JIRA Workflow.
- On-the-job ability to communicate (orally and in writing) complex technical concepts and project information, tailoring ideas, explanations, and concepts to executive and senior managers.
- On-the-job knowledge of Sponsor’s enterprise technical architecture, services-oriented architectures, security requirements, and operating environments.
- Broad knowledge of Sponsor’s IT components, missions, and strategies.
- Familiarity with IC issues, policies, systems, and working relationships.
- On-the-job ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the Sponsor and Intelligence Community (IC).
- Hold the following Professional Certifications: Project Management Professional (i.e. PMI PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
