To support this, we are looking for an experienced IT Program / Project Manager Business Applications to lead strategic initiatives across SAP and other enterprise-level business applications. In this role, you will combine strong project management skills with leadership, independence, and good business judgment. You will guide initiatives from the first planning steps through to successful delivery, and you will help shape how we deliver change across the organization. You will help make AI a natural part of how we plan, steer, and deliver.

What you will do

• Lead complex IT programs and projects involving SAP, CRM, and other enterprise business applications
• Turn strategic goals into clear plans, priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Make complex topics simple and present them clearly to project teams, business stakeholders, and senior executives
• Build alignment across business functions, IT teams, implementation partners, vendors, and leadership
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance
• Provide clear reporting and recommendations that help executives make decisions
• Use AI tools in your daily delivery work, for example for planning, status reporting, risk detection, documentation, and meeting follow-up
• Help shape and grow AI-supported ways of working in program and project delivery, and share good practices with other project teams
• Spot chances to use AI within business application projects and help the business see where it adds real value
• Work independently, take ownership, and solve challenges before they grow
• Lead project teams with clarity, confidence, and accountability
• Find ways to improve processes, delivery methods, and overall project performance

What we require

• Several years of experience leading complex SAP or other enterprise-level business application projects or programs, from planning through go-live
• A consulting background, ideally with a leading consultancy or system integrator, where you delivered business application projects for demanding clients
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in your work, and a real interest in using AI to make delivery faster, smarter, and more transparent
• A responsible mindset when it comes to AI, including data protection, quality, and good judgment about where AI helps and where it does not
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including regular contact with senior executives
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
• A structured, practical, and solution-oriented way of working
• The ability to cut through complexity and create clarity in demanding environments
• Confidence working on your own while working well with global teams
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A recognized project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or an equivalent qualification
• Professional proficiency in English
• A plus: a degree or background in engineering, which helps you understand our products, processes, and the business behind them
