IT Program/Project Manager (Cloud) I Financial Services

IT Program Manager

• Lead end-to-end private cloud deployment and application migration programmes across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders, steering committees, and vendors, providing governance oversight and strategic progress reporting.
• Manage programme budgets, financial controls, and governance processes for multi-year transformation initiatives
• At least 6 years of IT programme/project management experience, including large-scale digital transformation programmes
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin

IT Project Manager

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex application migration and transformation projects across business units, IT teams, and vendors.
• Plan schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and forecast expenditures to ensure financial targets are met
• At least 3 years of IT project management experience, including application modernisation and migration projects
• Experience with cloud and PaaS environments, including process re-engineering initiatives
• Hands-on knowledge of secure-by-design practices and CI/CD implementation
• Good communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
