The Role & Landscape: You will sit above five core project delivery streams, acting as the glue between technical execution, external vendors, and the C-suite. You will be responsible for the financial health, governance, and risk mitigation of the entire transformation program.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of private cloud deployments and legacy application migrations.
Run internal steering committees, acting as the primary liaison for executive leadership.
Manage program-level budgets, financial controls, and resource contingencies.
Identify critical path blockers across infrastructure, security, and application development teams.
What We Are Looking For:
7+ years of IT Programme or complex Project Management experience.
Track record of leading multi-year digital transformation or infrastructure initiatives.
Exceptional executive presence; you know how to manage C-level expectations and deliver bad news constructively.
Strict fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
High autonomy—you proactively hunt down cross-project dependencies rather than waiting for updates.
