Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven IT Programmer to develop, maintain, and enhance internal systems that support our construction and project operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to automate processes, improve data management, and ensure system efficiency throughout the project duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and system enhancements

• Maintain and improve existing company systems and databases

• Develop reports and dashboards for project monitoring and operational tracking

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Project Teams to gather system requirements

• Ensure data security, backup, and integrity of company systems

• Prepare technical documentation and user manuals

• Assist in system integration and process automation initiatives

• Perform other IT-related tasks as required for project completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• At least 1–3 years of programming experience

• Proficient in different programming languages

• Experience in database management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
