The project focuses on coordinating the migration of NAS-based file shares, ensuring activities are delivered according to agreed timelines, governance standards and security requirements. You will work closely with both business and technical teams, supporting project execution and helping drive successful delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Your responsibilities
Coordinate project activities and ensure migration plans are executed according to agreed milestones.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the migration process.
Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks and potential blockers, escalating issues when necessary.
Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Support governance activities, ensuring compliance with internal risk, security and compliance requirements.
Help maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with delivery standards.
Our requirements
Experience supporting or coordinating IT projects.
Experience in infrastructure or NAS/file share migration projects is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of IT governance, risk and compliance frameworks (e.g. QRA, ORC).
Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong organizational, coordination and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
English at a minimum C1 level (written and spoken).
Optional
Familiarity with NAS environments or enterprise file services.
Experience working in large enterprise or financial sector environments.
Previous experience supporting infrastructure transformation or migration initiatives.
