IT Project Coordinator | Changi | $4500 to $5500 + Bonus #5252

Salary: $5,000 – $5,500 per month

• Location: Changi Airport

• Salary: $5000 to $5500

• Contract Period: 1-year contract

• Bonus: 1-month completion bonus (subject to performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion with a hands-on approach

• Work closely with vendors and system integrators for project implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Analyze issues and perform troubleshooting independently, reducing reliance on external vendors

• Support vendor production operations, including privileged access reviews and coordination of VAPT activities

• Validate vendor deliverables, including performing API testing to ensure quality and requirements are met

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and coordinating project communications

• Prepare materials for meetings and document key decisions and action items

• Track project costs and manage maintenance contract renewals

• Support procurement activities for new projects and enhancements

• Use basic coding (Python/JavaScript) to write simple test scripts, automate tasks, and verify data accuracy

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience in IT project management and demonstrated ability to drive and take ownership of projects

• Exposure to or interest in IT project management is preferred

• Basic knowledge and skills of Python or JavaScript with the ability to write simple scripts to automate testing and validation

• Experienced in managing vendor relationships and supporting production operations

• Familiarity with privileged access reviews and VAPT is an added advantage
