We are seeking organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our IT Project Coordinator Internship Program. This structured internship is designed for students, graduates, and aspiring project management professionals who want to gain practical experience in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supporting IT projects within professional business environments.

Participants will gain hands-on exposure to project planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, project documentation, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and project coordination activities. The program is designed to develop the technical, organizational, and communication skills required for entry-level project management careers.




Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking IT project activities.
  • Support project scheduling, task allocation, and milestone monitoring.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues where appropriate.
  • Assist with project status reporting and performance tracking.
  • Support Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives where applicable.
  • Help maintain project documentation using collaboration and project management tools.
  • Work closely with mentors and project teams on practical project assignments.
  • Follow organisational policies, project governance, and documentation standards.
