IT Project Coordinator (Kaki Bukit)
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Salary: $2400 - $2800 (Based on Experience)
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6.30pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation and coordination of IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis
- Manage interns schedules for deployment
- Liaising with Sales Department & IT Department closely on after sales matters
- Good communication skills with customer service attitude
- Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers
- Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner
- Maintain service items inventory control
- Maintain proper records for billing purpose
- Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system
- Preferably with IT knowledge
- Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies
