IT Project Coordinator | System Integration Experience

Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱45,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Coordinator – IT to support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects, system integration, application development, and technology deployment.
The role will coordinate with technical teams, project managers, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
Track project tasks, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Coordinate with technical teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue/risk logs.
Monitor project progress and escalate risks, blockers, and delays.
Coordinate UAT, stakeholder feedback, training, and project handover.
Support procurement, software licensing, and vendor coordination.
Prepare client presentations, proposals, and project updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in project coordination, system integration, project support, preferably in IT, software, or systems integration.
Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar tools.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Basic understanding of SDLC, system integration, and software testing/UAT.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AEC, Autodesk, or software/technology projects.
Familiarity with Power BI, Azure/AWS, APIs, or cloud technologies.
Experience coordinating with software vendors or resellers.
CAPM or similar project management certification is an advantage.
