IT Project Delivery Manager

Job Duties:

• Manage multiple IT projects across the full lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch review.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and success measures in line with business priorities.
• Coordinate business users, IT teams, vendors, regional stakeholders, and offshore teams to drive effective project execution and communication.
• Track project milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, taking timely corrective and escalation actions.
• Lead project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates, documentation, and compliance with internal standards and controls.
• Oversee solution delivery activities, including system integration, data migration, user acceptance testing, training, and production rollout.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality, security, and operational requirements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of IT project management or project delivery experience within banking or financial services.

• Project experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Digital Banking, Lending, or Customer Channels.

• Proven track record of delivering technology, digital, or enterprise application projects end-to-end.

• Strong experience in project planning, governance, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.

• Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English and Chinese; Cantonese preferred, Mandarin an advantage.

• Familiarity with Retail Banking and Wealth Management products, operations, and customer journeys would be a strong advantage.

• Independent with good communication skill.
• Experience managing vendors, regional stakeholders, and offshore delivery teams.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or SAFe.
