Responsibilities

  • Lead technology projects or multiple technical workstreams within larger programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

  • Develop and maintain key project artifacts, including project charters, plans, schedules, status reports, and requirements documentation.

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including resource allocation, timeline tracking, and progress monitoring.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and consistently to stakeholders, leadership, and project teams.

  • Facilitate effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely decision-making.

  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues; escalate and drive resolution as needed.

  • Establish and manage project expectations, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability across the team.

  • Track project performance against defined success criteria and milestones using appropriate tools and dashboards.

  • Lead regular status meetings and provide visibility into project progress through structured reporting.

  • Apply and promote best practices in project management, delivery methodologies, and business process improvement.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights, guidance, and recommendations based on prior experience and industry best practices.

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, influencing key decisions to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.

  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support implementation of business and system process best practices.

  • Ensure all project objectives are aligned with company goals and clearly understood by the project team.

  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
