IT Project Manager

• You will work on consulting and software development projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF

• You act as a trusted sparring partner for our clients, bridging business requirements, technology, and stakeholder management, and guiding projects to success even in challenging constellations

• You structure complex requirements, facilitate workshops in a goal-oriented manner, and develop pragmatic solutions as well as sustainable methodological impulses for clients and Accso

• You actively shape projects and the organization, take on professional (and potentially disciplinary) leadership, and confidently lead teams to success even in complex or difficult project environments

• You represent Accso as a reliable partner throughout the entire project lifecycle - from acquisition to acceptance - and proactively share your knowledge

What sets you apart:

• You have successfully completed a university degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline

• You possess many years of experience in successfully managing demanding IT projects and heterogeneous stakeholders

• You move confidently between technology and business requirements and quickly, structurally, and independently familiarize yourself with new subject areas

• You bring a high level of consulting and customer orientation and develop client relationships strategically and sustainably

• You act entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and impress with confident, target-group-oriented communication with various stakeholders up to the board level

• You speak fluent German (at least C1) and very good English (at least B2)
