3-5 years of experience as IT Project Manager in software development projects
Management of 5-8 project members
Strong organizational and time-management skills
In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good relationship building skills
Good analytical skills
Problem-solving personality with structured thinking
Experience with collaboration tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Sharepoint, Confluence, Office
Strong command of English both spoken and written
College or University degree in IT, Engineering or Economics
Proven experience in large-scale enterprise environment
Experience in Agile development
Experience in the field of Financial Services
PMI/IPMA degree
