We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (12-month contract) to lead complex application migration and revamp initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple application migration projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation and deployment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery within agreed timelines.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditure and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, security and organisational policies.
- Oversee implementation, testing, validation and successful deployment in line with business objectives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT project management, with a track record of managing complex application migration or revamp projects.
- Experience with process re-engineering and private cloud / PaaS environments.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
- Previous experience leading medium-sized project teams.
- Familiarity with secure-by-design principles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Project management certification or relevant formal qualification is an advantage.
