IT Project Manager

Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Apply Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX designers, and product owners to align goals and deliverables.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos to foster continuous improvement.

Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, status updates, and risk mitigation strategies.

Identify, track, and resolve project impediments to maintain momentum and quality standards.

Utilize project management tools to maintain documentation, task tracking, and reporting.
