IT Project Manager

Manages and prioritizes product backlogs for travel and e-commerce apps, leads cross-functional teams, and ensures on-time delivery while collaborating with stakeholders.

What will you be doing?
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing features
Leading the project team (developers, testers, analysts)
Collaborating with the Sales, Customer Service, IT, Marketing, and Product teams
Ensuring timely project delivery within budget
Conducting meetings with stakeholders and presenting progress reports
Managing risk and change in the project
Ensuring compliance of the solution with legal regulations
Who are we looking for?
3–5 years of experience in IT project management
Experience as a Product Owner or similar role, responsible for product backlog
Knowledge of the tourism industry, e-commerce, or booking systems
Ability to create and manage product backlog
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira)
Ability to conduct requirements workshops with stakeholders
Experience in business process analysis and optimization
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
