Summary
An IT Project Manager in Bucharest leading banking payments and cash-management projects (SEPA, SWIFT, RTP, PSD2/PSD3) through waterfall, hybrid, or agile delivery. Day to day they manage SDLC phases (SIT, UAT, deployment), cross-functional teams, vendors, project finances, and stakeholder presentations.
Domain Expertise:
- Previous Banking expertise as a Business or Functional analyst is a plus
- Technical background in banking applications is a plus (understanding infrastructure and payments systems Top to Bottom)
- Payments and Chas Management Experience
- SEPA, SWIFT, Real-Time Payments (RTP), VOP, IP
- PSD2/PSD3
- Experience in Corporate banking environment

- Able to mange independent all SDLC phases (SIT, UAT, deployment)
