Minimum Requirements:
- Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, Project+, Agile certification or similar)
- 5 years of IT Project experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, under budget, and with a 10% increase in customer satisfaction
- Proven record of achieving exemplary results, including successfully delivering projects valued at over 1 million and with a 10% increase in customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Technical project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management
- Weekly meetings with clients
- Project Planning and Initiation: Define Scope, Develop Project Plan, Risk Assessment
- Resource Management: Team Coordination, Resource Allocation
- Budget Management: Cost Estimation, Financial Tracking
- Timeline Management: Schedule Creation, Progress Tracking
- Stakeholder Communication: Status Updates, Feedback Management
- Quality Assurance: Standards Compliance, Testing and Validation
- Risk Management
- Change Management
