IT Project Manager
About the role
Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, covering platform enhancements, system integrations, warehouse and logistics deployments, and online-to-offline (O2O) solutions. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal business units, gathering and clarifying requirements, aligning expectations, and translating business needs into actionable project plans.
Key responsibilities
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and scope changes, escalating major issues with recommended actions
Coordinate communication across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and South-East Asia teams, adapting to cross-border schedules and working practices
Oversee integration projects involving e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, ERP, CRM, warehouse management systems, and third-party logistics providers
Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-launch support to ensure a smooth rollout and reliable transition to ongoing operations
Ensure projects meet applicable local data privacy regulations and cross-border data transfer requirements
Identify opportunities to automate workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve system reliability
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years managing cross-functional or cross-border projects
Proven track record delivering e-commerce, retail technology, or enterprise system integration projects
International experience working with cross-border e-commerce platforms, payment systems, or logistics/supply chain technology is a strong plus
Excellent communication, management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize under pressure, and adapt to shifting business priorities
