IT Project Manager

Now our team has a position for Project Manager.

Requirements:

6–12 months of experience in software project management;
Experience leading a project team;
General technical background;
Knowledge and experience in managing a project in an Agile environment;
Upper-intermediate/Advanced English (practical experience of written and oral communication with an English-speaking client);
General knowledge of business analysis;
Strong organizational skills;
People management skills;
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage the software development process;
Be ready to take on account or support management responsibilities if needed;
Prioritize project tasks with a client and their distribution among team members;
Monitor project status and provide regular updates to all stakeholders;
Perform change and risk management to minimize project risks;
Manage project resources and their allocation;
Work with the team: motivate, maintain morale, and resolve conflicts;
Conduct English CheckUps and Company Presentation during interviewing process;
Create detailed WBS structures and estimate tasks together with the tech lead;
Participate in Pre-sales calls and clarification calls, pitching estimates to potential clients;
Review and check team time reports ensuring they are maintained according to company guidelines;
Manage project requirements with a client.
