Summary
Oversee government-focused ECM software projects, coordinating teams and stakeholders to deliver OpenText/EMC Documentum solutions on time and within budget.

Job description:
1. Project Management
- Drive comprehensive project planning and resource scheduling, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational standards.
- Monitor project tracking, focusing on deliverables, financials, operational efficiency, and adherence to documentation protocols.
- Implement robust risk management strategies and quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead all phases of project implementation, maintaining rigorous oversight to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop tailored solution proposals for prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless delivery of project operations and achieve client objectives.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to assess project requirements and develop effective execution strategies.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that align with their strategic goals.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- PMP/CITPM certification is a must.
- 4 to 5 years’ working experience (min 2 years in government projects), with min 3 years’ IT Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) software, including OpenText and EMC Documentum.
- Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to the team.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus and dedication to achieving project success.
- A proactive, responsible team player with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
