IT Project Manager
Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements:- Previous experience in an IT Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Technical Project Manager role
- Experience delivering or coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and proactively drive projects forward
- Experience working with technical or engineering teams
- Good understanding of general IT infrastructure
- Technical comfort to understand customer requirements and communicate effectively with technical specialists; deep technical expertise or network engineering experience is not required
- Experience with networking, firewalls or network security, LAN/WAN, cloud infrastructure, managed IT services, network migrations, infrastructure upgrades, cyber security, data centre or connectivity projects would be useful
- Manage multiple customer projects and workstreams simultaneously
- Take ownership of projects from initial purchase order through to delivery
- Build and maintain project plans, actions, milestones and dependencies
- Liaise directly with customers to maintain momentum and resolve blockers
- Coordinate technical resources and ensure activity is scheduled effectively
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues and outstanding actions
- Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage changing priorities across a portfolio of live projects
- Keep project documentation and information up to date
- Support delivery teams by ensuring requirements, timelines and responsibilities are clearly understood

We are seeking an organised, commercially aware IT Project Manager to bring structure, ownership and momentum to multiple customer projects and support a consistently strong delivery experience. This is a permanent, home-based role with a salary of £35,000–£45,000 plus benefits and travel to customer sites when required, approximately once or twice a month.
