IT Project Manager
Salary: $900 - $950 p.d.

About the Role
This role will be responsible for delivering a large-scale project involving data migration.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Manage a complex data migration project ensuring data quality, governance, integrity, and successful cutover execution.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors.
- Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior executives and business leaders.
- Manage governance, reporting, RAID logs, steering committees, and executive updates.
About You
- Demonstrated experience leading data migration initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering projects within banking, financial services, wealth management, insurance, or fintech environments.
- Experience supporting merger, acquisition, integration, separation, or demerger programs.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities.
- Background in technology consulting (Advantageous)
