• Proven experience managing IT or digital systems projects
• Experience delivering IT, software or digital systems projects
• Healthcare industry knowledge is highly advantageous
• Background as a Project or Programme Manager in a complex business environment
• Strong project planning, resource management and governance skills
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and change control
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Desirable: healthcare or health technology experience and PRINCE2 or PMP certification

• Lead and deliver digital systems projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved
• Manage project governance, budgets, risks, issues and progress reporting
• Coordinate project teams, resources and multiple workstreams
• Manage relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies
• Produce project plans, schedules, status reports and technical documentation
• Monitor progress and manage changes to scope, priorities and delivery plans
• Provide clear project updates to senior stakeholders and governance groups

We are seeking a hands-on, organised and delivery-focused IT Project Manager to support key digital systems projects in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment. This is an initial three-month, full-time contract, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week), paying £185 per day outside IR35. The role is remote, with occasional travel to Ashford, Kent. You will take ownership of project delivery, manage multiple workstreams and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales and specifications with effective governance, risk management and communication.
