Summary: This role is for an experienced Scrum Master to join the HCIB team, focusing on project delivery in Israel. The main objective is to facilitate agile processes to improve team productivity and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support Agile teams in applying Scrum principles and continuously improving delivery processes.
Manage and track project activities, sprint progress, and team performance using JIRA.
Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across business and technical teams.
Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
Must Haves:
Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies, Agile ceremonies, and JIRA.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English communication skills.
