We are looking for a dedicated and energetic talent to fulfil the following roles:
Location :
Kelana Jaya, Selangor/Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities :
To liaise with and manage client requests on a daily basis; which includes taking client briefs, gathering project requirements, compiling project materials that are required for the successful execution of the client’s project, sending project / job updates to the client via email or via a telephone call and to follow up on items that require client feedback
To manage & monitor incoming tasks that are requested by the client
To take the lead in project timeline planning and project resource management
To take the lead in coordinating the workflow between developers, designers and copywriters
To take the lead in the co-ordination & running of User Acceptance Tests both internally & externally
Representing the company at client-side meetings
BA experience is an added advantage
Qualifications :
Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Mass Communications / Advertising / Media or equivalent
Requirements :
Creative thinking and the ability to strategize
Must possess excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Marketing and business development experience is nice to have, but not mandatory
Experienced applications will be considered for a Senior position
Good To Have :
Candidate with PMP / PRINCE certification is an added advantage
