IT Project Manager
Salary: £47,389 - 56,535 per year
Requirements:- Significant project management experience within a large and complex organisation
- A proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent IT and business change projects through the full project lifecycle
- Experience using recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, APM or P3O
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- Experience managing project budgets, risks, resources and governance processes
- Business analysis and requirements gathering experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technologies
- Experience delivering business change, digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Desirable: PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or similar qualification
- Desirable: ITIL certification
- Desirable: PMO development and governance experience
- Desirable: Lean process improvement knowledge
- Lead a diverse portfolio of projects from initiation through to completion
- Deliver technology implementations, business change programmes, service improvements and infrastructure-related projects
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues and governance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to budget
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, project boards and suppliers
- Drive engagement and facilitate business requirements gathering
- Provide regular reporting on project progress and outcomes
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the PMO
- Help enhance project management standards, governance frameworks, reporting processes and supporting tools across the organisation
