IT Project Manager
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join a university’s IT organization based in Lisbon. This professional will play a key role in bridging the gap between technology and business areas (Sales, Finance, Academics).
Main responsibilities:
- Act as a business process analyst, translating business needs into IT requirements
- Manage IT projects across different domains: infrastructure, communications, and applications
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical feasibility and business objectives
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Solid technical background with understanding of IT infrastructure, communications, and applications
- Proven experience in business process analysis and project management
- General business knowledge in sales, finance, and academic processes
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
- Ability to work autonomously, with a positive and proactive mindset
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, IPMA, Agile/Scrum) are a plus
