IT Project Manager
Summary
Lead end-to-end IT project delivery for corporate banking transformation initiatives, managing scope, budget, risks, and vendor coordination across Business, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams in Singapore.

This is a 6-month agency contract role (extendable/renewable)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensuresuccessful project delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Support project governance, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Manage vendors,project financials, and resource utilization.
- Drive implementation and transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking domains
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
- Atleast 7 years of Project/Program Management experience, within banking or financial environment.
- Proven experience delivering technology, digital transformation, and corporate banking-relatedprojects.
- Strong stakeholdermanagement, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
- Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
- Corporate Banking Domain such as: CASA (Current Account& Savings Account), Loans and Lending Products, Treasury / Market Products, Accounting and General Ledger, Payments and Cash Management,
- Regulatory Reporting, including MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) reporting requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
