IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager (ITPM) will serve a vital role in establishing effective technical and business communication between the company and its third-party IT providers during project developments. The ITPM is responsible for understanding business requirements, validating technical recommendations, translating discussions into actionable deliverables, and ensuring that technology initiatives move forward with clear scope, ownership, timelines, and acceptance criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Translate technical concepts and recommendations into clear business language that non-technical stakeholders can understand and translate business objectives and requirements into clear technical requirements for developers and other technical resources.

• Maintain clear documentation of agreed requirements, decisions, changes, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle. Identify gaps, conflicting requirements, assumptions, and dependencies before they become development or implementation issues.

• Help project stakeholders understand available technical options, trade-offs, constraints, risks, costs, and implications before decisions are made.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays, blockers, missing information, pending approvals, or resource constraints.

• Lead and coordinate technical, operational, and business teams within the company.

About you

• Minimum of 10 years experience in the field of IT Communications/Project Management

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Good time management skills and a proven ability to perform and meet deadlines in a high-paced working environment

• Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis

• Willingness to support and be helpful to members of the team in relation to supporting the overall business

Lundgreen's Capital Manila is located at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, Fifth Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila.

Office hours are Mondays-Fridays, 9:00AM-6:00PM.
