Rahmendaten:
- Projektlaufzeit: 15.08.2026 bis 28.02.2027
- Unterstützung: 4 Arbeitstage pro Woche
- Einsatzmodell: Remote-Arbeit sowie Teilnahme an Workshops und Projektveranstaltungen vor Ort
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ihre Tätigkeitsbereiche:
- Lead and manage the Digital Battery Passport project to ensure timely delivery and compliance with EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542.
- Coordinate multiple project teams and stakeholders across IT, business departments, battery manufacturing plants, suppliers, and management.
- Drive end-to-end system integration activities, including SAP ERP systems, MES, Digital Twin environments, customer portals, and third-party supplier interfaces.
- Manage a hybrid project delivery approach, combining traditional project management methodologies with agile practices.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by overseeing the implementation of all Digital Battery Passport requirements ahead of the February 2027 deadline.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder communication, providing project governance, risk management, status reporting, and executive-level communication in an international environment.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Extensive Project Management experience in complex, multi-team and multi-stakeholder environments
- Good understanding of SAP ERP systems and related data structures
- Experience managing projects involving more than four teams simultaneously
- Experience with comparable compliance, digitalization, or regulatory-driven projects is highly desirable
