IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

🌸Manage full project lifecycle: from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure.
🌸Align project goals with business and tech teams, and make sure everyone’s on the same page.
🌸Organize day-to-day work in the team: task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
🌸Maintain project documentation: roadmaps, status updates, risk logs, etc.
🌸Run regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
🌸Track progress, identify blockers early, and adjust plans as needed.
🌸Communicate clearly with all sides — keeping stakeholders up to date on status, risks, and changes.
🌸Contribute to improving PM processes and tools inside the PMO.

Requirements:

💦3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
💦Comfortable juggling several projects and working with distributed teams.
💦Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
💦Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
💦Strong communication skills, able to explain technical things in plain language.
💦Fluent in English and Russian — both written and spoken (B2+ or higher).
💦Well-organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things on track.
💦Able to handle deadlines, resolve conflicts, and keep the team aligned.
