IT Project Manager P2-PM2-OMH-EL

Requirements:

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline;

• English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE/ Level 2 in HKDSE;

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;

• Experience in web-based portal development, open API architecture, and Private/Hybrid Cloud management;

• Knowledge of data security protocols and SRAA/PDPO compliance;

• Proficiency in SQL, Stored Procedures, Microsoft SQL Server, and database design;

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), system testing, and deployment processes;

• Knowledge of Node.js, and API technologies;

• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain systems to support cross-professionals and departmental initiatives;

• Collaborate with users to gather and analyze functional requirements;

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and system integration services;

• Lead and coordinate API integration projects with internal and external stakeholders;

• Establish and maintain centralized data infrastructure and Single Source of Truth (SSOT) databases;

• Manage data consolidation, data quality, and analytics reporting initiatives;

• Coordinate system testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and production support activities;

• Provide technical support, user training, and system documentation;

• Participate in digital transformation, system integration, and innovation projects.
