IT Project Manager

Summary

Manages IT projects, delivering CRM/ERP systems and enterprise apps like SAP or ServiceNow end-to-end, using Agile and Waterfall while coordinating stakeholders and vendors.

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex software solutions
  • Experience delivering CRM, ERP and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or ServiceNow
  • Experience across the full software delivery lifecycle, including requirements, build, test, migration, and go live
  • Experience managing data migration and integrations
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methods
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
  • Experience managing software budgets and commercial approvals
  • Experience using Jira, MS Project Online, DevOps, or similar tools
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver ERP, CRM, and enterprise software projects end to end
  • Deliver enterprise infrastructure implementations end to end
  • Define scope, plans, and milestones across multidisciplinary teams
  • Lead implementation, configuration, customisation, and integrations
  • Oversee data migration, cutover, and validation activity
  • Manage vendors, suppliers, and technical teams
  • Run governance, RAID management, and progress reporting
  • Support business change and user adoption
  • Track budgets and control costs
