*Project summary:

1. Replace current loan management system (LMS) with new package provided by Oracle
2. There are customizations on new package
3. There are integration between new package with surrounding system (SMS, telephony, accounting, mobile app, e-invoice, DWH)
4. Data migrated to new package

* Responsibilities as Project Manager:

1. Manage (time, cost, quality, risk) all vendors for the new package setup, customization, deployment and integrate with surrounding systems.
2. Organize key-users work with vendors for business requirements, testing (UAT), training.
3. Report project progress to management, steering committee
4. Planning and work with IT department for smoothly deploy new package to replace current LMS

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

1. IT Project management experience (3-5 years): planning, executing, monitoring and reporting. Project management certificate such as PMP is a plus.
2. Good at communication in English
3. Good at project management tools: Jira, MS Project, Excel
4. Has experience (3 years) on financial service systems is big plus
5. Empower and motivate the teams
6. Time management to meet a deadline
7. Risk assessment and management mindset
