IT Project Manager (Philippines)

This role is based in the Philippines and will follow a hybrid work setup. Working hours for this role are aligned with U.S. business hours to ensure seamless collaboration with our clients and teams.

Position Summary

The Project Manager leads the day-to-day execution of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members ensuring lasting and positive client relationships.

Essential Functions

• Hosts client kickoff call with the assigned resources to ensure a smooth transition into implementation.
• Provides quality customer service, ensures contract terms and conditions are met, and allocates the proper resources to solve complaints and issues.
• Answers all customers' questions and transfers them to the appropriate source for more detailed information.
• Ensures the company remains compliant and adheres to the terms and conditions listed in contracts.
• Leads the day-to-day execution of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members.
• Works directly with clients and takes ownership of the overall project and its end products.
• Monitors day-to-day project activities and corresponding resourcing.
• Communicates remaining project funding to Ferrilli leadership and account teams to allow them an opportunity to extend current engagements.
• Works with consulting team to ensure timely submission of project status report, timecards, and expenses.
• Keeps resource schedule up to date and accurate.
• Monitors project plan for scope and schedule changes
• Provides regular revenue forecast updates to services leadership.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management on large-scale projects; technical projects experience a plus.
