Senior Information Technology (IT) Project Manager and Technical Advisor for the Customer Experience Directorate (J6X), DLA Information Operations (J6), in support of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)

Manages and leads IT project teams in support of high-level, high-visibility DLA customer projects to include, but not limited to: Major Subordinate Command (MSC) new site standups, relocations, or shutdowns;

DLA HQs J and D-Code GS-15/SES led initiatives; MSC HQs Site Assessment Visits (SAVs); and DLA Director and Vice Director orders or directives requiring immediate J6 IT project management support.

Responsible for overseeing the management of the IT project scope, resources (human, financial, contract, physical), schedule, quality, performance, requirements, risks, information assurance, process improvement, customer support and reporting.

Develops of the overall project plan by constructing work breakdown structures within project phases. This includes developing scope and identifying level of effort for all phases.

Teams consist of J64 engineers, DISA Network Engineers, Host Country network engineers, and contractor site network engineers assisting SMEs from other ESAs, contractors, Site Base Operations, etc., to stand up new sites in remote countries.
