Prepares project proposal and cost estimates utilizing input from other J6 functional and technical teams.

Adheres to overall J6 systems management lifecycle processes to ensure compliance with the objectives and goals of the Department of Defense (DOD) 5000.2 Acquisition and Business Capabilities Lifecycle requirements...

...and other applicable DLA and DOD Project Management policies and practices.

Facilitates needs analysis sessions to define opportunities for business process or technical infrastructure solutions for DLA's core logistics or business functions.

Provides advice on the impacts, risks and risk mitigation of software development and technology deployment decisions, plans, designs and specifications.

Supply single point of information, responsibility and control for IT application enhancements/development and technology integration projects, and acts as a management liaison with DLA HQ and/or customers.
