IT Project Manager (PMP)

Job Summary: Manage and deliver complex IT projects, ensuring successful outcomes through effective stakeholder, resource, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring completion within scope, budget, schedule, and user requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and project deliverables.
• Monitor resource utilization to support effective workforce planning and scheduling.
• Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Manage scope changes, requirement changes, schedule variances, technical issues, and resource constraints in accordance with established change control processes.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of project reports and documentation.
• Work closely with clients to achieve timely completion of contractual milestones and support billing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably managing mid-size to large-scale ICT projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proven project planning, coordination, and time management skills.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Relevant IT and Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v4, CITPM, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience in a System Integrator (SI) environment is an added advantage.
