IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensure end-to-end delivery, and mentor Scrum Masters across multiple Agile teams.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-team, multi-disciplinary projects.
Create and manage quarterly plans, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
Ensure consistency and excellence in Agile execution across multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement of Scrum Master capabilities through coaching, feedback, and training.
Manage crisis, identify and resolve major blockers & external dependencies.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager leading and delivering complex, cross-functional, multi-team projects.
At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring other Scrum Masters.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and values, with hands-on experience working with Agile teams.
Solid understanding of software development processes, with the ability to understand technical challenges and bottlenecks.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Proficiency with Agile and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, Product Discovery tools).
Strong analytical mindset and experience working with delivery metrics and KPIs.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
