IT Project Manager

Salary: Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 13.000.000 per month

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.

• Familiar with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.

• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories).

• Understanding of system integration, APIs, databases, and software development processes.

• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor IT projects to ensure timely delivery according to scope and objectives.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable tasks for technical teams.

• Coordinate with developers, QA, business users, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

• Monitor project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.

• Support system testing, UAT, implementation, and post-deployment activities.

• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reports.

• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
