IT Project Manager (SCM/WMS/TMS)

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

• Translate requirements into user stories, BRD/FRD, and process flows

• Work closely with Product, Tech, and UX teams on feature delivery

• Support e-commerce (catalog, inventory, order, payment, promotions) /WMS/TMS modules

• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of milestones

• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across projects

• Act as liaison between business and technical teams

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions

• Analyze user behavior and platform performance

• Identify improvement opportunities (conversion, UX, process efficiency)

• Support UAT and validate system functionality

• Assist in system rollout and post-launch monitoring

Requirements :

• 5+ years experience as IT Business Analyst/ IT PM/ IT Product owner or similar role

• Experience in e-commerce / marketplace / digital platform / Logistics Platform (WMS,TMS,OMS) is preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience writing user stories, BRD, FRD

• Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodology

• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system workflows

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
