IT Project Manager Scrum Master

Mission Overview:

As part of the development of core business applications, we are seeking an IT Project Manager / Scrum Master for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the team while adhering to the established schedule and considering the expressed business needs (Product Owner/Business Analyst, Dev, Designer, etc.).
• Utilize a technical background in development for the mission.
• Facilitate sprint planning and sprint reviews while ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Engage in discussions about the backlog with the business and challenge their requests.
• Communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams (development, network, operations, etc.).
• Adapt to technological evolutions.
• Follow the guidelines provided by architects.
• Respect all constraints from various IT services.
• Read and understand UML and BPMN diagrams.
• Independently develop high-level schedules and timelines.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of major development languages (Web: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.Net MVC, Angular, React, WebAPI).
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps for managing user stories, bugs, tasks, release notes, etc.
• Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Ability to work with AGILE/SCRUM methodologies while managing communication with network and operations teams.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in French is essential as the service is predominantly French-speaking.
• Technical proficiency in English is also required.
