IT Project Manager Senior
Summary
Senior IT project manager who owns the data quality management (DQIM) governance process: running triage boards, coordinating cross-domain activities, monitoring backlog health, RCA progress and escalations, and driving reporting and automation improvements. Hybrid role (2-3 office days/week) in Warsaw, Gdansk or Gdynia; contract rate up to 150 PLN/h.
Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to oversee and enhance data quality management processes, ensuring that cross-domain activities are effectively coordinated and that project governance is maintained to mitigate risks and address issues efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
Own the DQIM governance process, run triage boards, coordinate cross-domain activities, and drive accountability across teams.
Monitor backlog health, ticket ownership, prioritization, RCA progress, and escalations to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Drive structural improvements including intake gates, issue clustering, targeted RCA, closure controls, reporting, and automation opportunities.
Provide transparent management reporting and escalate capacity, ownership, or dependency risks to ensure sustained backlog reduction.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in IT project management.
Strong understanding of governance and data quality processes.
Experience with cross-domain coordination and stakeholder management.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with reporting tools and automation techniques.
Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies.
Experience in the financial services sector.

Work Model: Hybrid - 2 or 3 times per week from the office
Rate: up to 150 pln/h
