IT Project Manager - Service Transition

About the role

We are looking for a Project and Service Transition Manager profile to join the team in charge of the coordination, guidance, and support in the onboarding of new contracts within the organization, managing the entire procedure, tools, and general ecosystem such as 'Prepare the Service' type projects.

What you'll do

• Requirement gathering and analysis for the service.

• Monitoring activities and integral management of projects and/or services.

• Preparation and execution of communication plans.

• Generation of monitoring and control reports.

• Identification and implementation of process improvement actions.

• Coordination with providers and key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience: At least 6 years of experience in project or service management performing the aforementioned tasks.

• Stakeholder management: At least 6 years of experience in direct communication with end clients and providers.

• ITSM Tools: At least 3 years of experience and knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably BMC Remedy.

• Languages: C1 level in Catalan (certificate required).

• Education: University degree or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS).

• Mandatory certifications

  • Official certification in ITIL (current in any of its versions).

  • At least one of the following certifications: PMP, Prince2, or Agile / Scrum.

Nice to have

• Additional certifications in SIAM or BMC Remedy.

• Applied knowledge in Generative AI.

How you'll work

• Location: Barcelona - L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Fira - Europa area).

• Work modality: Hybrid (2-3 days a week of in-person work).
