IT Project Manager (Software)

Salary: $5,000 – $6,000 per month

12 Months Contract

Working Location: Changi

Working Hour: Normal Office Hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our Operation Technology and Corporate IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating IT projects, including the Estate Management System, Robotics/Autonomous Vehicles and other digital IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects within the specified timelines and scope.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, use cases and user stories to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

• Coordinate with diverse airport stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure seamless project delivery and support the execution of IT projects.

• Assist in designing and implementing cloud-based / on-prem architecture

• Ensure compliance with IT security and governance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in managing and coordinating IT projects, preferably with relevant working experience managing outsourced contractors

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, e.g. Agile, Scrum and tools

• Knowledge of cloud/on-prem design, basic networking, cybersecurity practices and SDLC

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

• Familiarity in system or platform design, asset management and maintenance, robotics, and autonomous vehicles (AV) or related fields will be an advantage
