IT Project Manager (Software Solutions)
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱80,000 per month
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead internal IT software initiative . In this role, you will bridge strategic business goals and technical execution—guiding development teams, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring high-impact software delivery on time and within budget.
Core Responsibilities
Scope & Delivery Management: Define project scopes, track roadmap deliverables, and adapt plans to evolving internal business requirements.
Agile Leadership: Guide cross-functional software teams, clear technical blockers, and enforce high quality assurance standards throughout execution.
Resource & Budget Control: Manage project financials, allocate resources effectively, and optimize team velocity.
Reporting & Stakeholder Updates: Deliver concise progress reports, outline risks with solution-oriented action plans, and evaluate project outcomes post-launch.
Process & Change Control: Manage change requests, risk interventions, and process improvements to keep projects aligned with key performance indicators.
Job Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 4 years managing end-to-end software delivery in the IT Software Solutions Industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Methodologies & Tools: Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum practices and management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project).
Skills: Excellent leadership, risk management, budget tracking, and communication skills.
