- Creating functional specifications, detailed timeline and delivery plans with risk and dependency assessment and mitigation plans
- Facilitating sprint planning and development processes for efficient delivery
- Project tracking including budget, scope and schedule tracking
- Leading end-to-end projects in mobile, backend, or web frontend for 5+ years
- Delivering a software project successfully over a 9-12 month timeframe
- Practicing agile methodologies including facilitating daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies
- Applying best practices from a range of project management methodologies
- Keeping projects on track using tools like Jira, Slack, GitHub, and GitLab
- Communicating fluently in English within an international team
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including negotiation expertise
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships through effective client and account management
- Taking full ownership of products from initial idea to polished, well-engineered digital experiences
- Prioritizing team morale and shielding team from uncertainty with a people-first mindset
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into meaningful technical outcomes
