Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of application projects from initial requirements gathering through development, testing, and implementation, working closely with business users to turn learning and operational needs into practical system requirements.
- Manage the full project lifecycle — scope, timelines, risk, resources, and vendors — while providing technical oversight of .NET applications, system integrations, and databases.
- Lead user acceptance testing and go-live coordination, then carry that oversight into post-launch support, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Keep all project work aligned with cybersecurity, data-protection, and IT-governance requirements throughout the delivery cycle.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, with 5+ years' experience spanning IT project management and hands-on application delivery.
- Technical grounding in C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, APIs, and SQL databases, gained through prior development or technical delivery work.
- Proven ability to run projects across the full system development lifecycle, comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, paired with a practical, problem-solving approach to delivery challenges.
- Exposure to learning systems, adult education, or higher education is a plus; PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or ITIL certification is preferred.
